Parameters

     int Hz
     the temporary value to be set

     int onoff
     =0 Indicates that the EEPROM value to be set
     =1 Specifies whether the temporary value (Hz) to be set

Remarks

    set the Si570 Xtal-Frequency correcture in Hz
    the RadioFrqCorr is the frequency correction for the Xtal
    the difference between the adjustment and reality.
